From a little excitement in my life ...

I smile when i look around
The world, the sky, the ground.
Wind, water, air and fire,
Best friend and perfect liar.
The sound of leaves falling
From trees. The calling
Of people needing people,
Child’s eyes pure and simple.
My hand in someone’s hand,
Look at the oceans and at the land.
Watching the sunrise watching
The sunset approaching.
Together, both, a crowd, alone,
The sky was crying, the sun shone.
Music playing in my head,
A morning tea, some evening bread.
Talking simply with myself
Looking at my dirty shelf.
Staring hours at my window view,
Thinking of what’s old and new.
Smiling to the world outside
Faith is in my heart and mind.
